About the Role:
The Kalmbach Feeds Accounting team requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to both internal and external customers at all levels. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will ensure that all customer checks are applied and deposited in a timely manner, provide accurate and detailed record keeping, and proactively maintain customer balances. As unique situations present themselves, the successful candidate must be sensitive to customer needs, corporate goals, team member good will and company reputation.
- You initiate automatic and manual ACH payments for our customers
- You post daily cash and credit card payments, while ensuring confidentiality and security to all files
- You process customer banking information
- You run daily banking reports
- You are happy commuting to our corporate office in Upper Sandusky, OH
Who You Are:
- Minimum of High School Diploma required (1-2 years accounting experience preferred)
- Possess high energy and the drive required to proactively execute accounting duties within a dynamic business environment
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Thrives in fast pace work environment
- Acquires strong investigation and follow up skills; high attention to detail
- Proficient in windows based software programs
