Hospitality Coordinator
Job summary:
The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day guest services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and enhancing the overall guest experience across assigned properties.
Essential Functions:
Guest Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless process for guests.
Develop and maintain relationships with guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Community Involvement:
Assist guests in finding community events and activities
Oversee the receipt of incoming supplies and materials.
Team Coordination:
Maintain a high standard of property presentation by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Continuous Improvement:
Gather and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes in coordination with other departments.
In coordination with property inspectors, monitor guest facilities and amenities, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet quality standards
Documentation and Reporting:
Keep accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor for effective and efficient operation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Degree in related field preferred
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient using hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Working Conditions:
Work primarily seated at a computer and on the phone
Extended hours may be required
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
Bending, stooping, reaching, standing and sitting regularly
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $1,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Weekends as needed
