The Director of Integrations & Special Projects is a high-impact role responsible for bridging strategy and execution across multiple businesses (Kalos Services, Blue Collar Mind, Jabberwock-E LLC, a consulting / software business, and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit). This person will ensure that key initiatives in legal, financial, data, inventory, software development, partnerships, and operations are effectively executed.
Kalos Services is looking for someone who is execution-focused, detail-oriented, and a strategic operator-someone who can balance multiple initiatives without slowing down decision-making. This role is designed to identify individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and can integrate across multiple business functions rather than focusing on just one area.
This role is for a structured, execution-focused leader who thrives on turning big ideas into action. You will work directly with the President to ensure projects move forward efficiently while managing details that drive measurable results.
Compensation - $85,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience performance incentives
Hybrid work structure - remote and on-site as needed
Key Responsibilities :
Business Integrations & Execution
- Manage cross-company initiatives, ensuring smooth integration across finance, legal, technology, and operations.
- Develop and implement workflows to streamline processes between businesses.
- Identify and remove roadblocks that slow execution.
Legal, Compliance & Financial Oversight
Work with attorneys and accountants to maintain compliance across all businesses.Assist with corporate structuring, contracts, tax planning, and operational policies.Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance of key projects.Technology & Software Development
Oversee the integration of Live.KalosFlorida.com with inventory, finance, and field operations.Lead software-related initiatives, coordinating between developers, vendors, and internal teams.Ensure systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.Operations & Process Optimization
Implement better inventory tracking, procurement processes, and vendor management.Support data-driven decision-making by organizing and analyzing key business metrics.Ensure smooth collaboration between departments and resolve bottlenecks.Strategic Partnerships & Business Growth
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, subcontractors, and vendors.Identify new revenue opportunities and ensure partnerships align with business goals.Support fundraising and growth initiatives for the nonprofit.Requirements
