Responsibilities
- Able to work under the direction of the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
- Contribute to work closely on special projects with the PIC and Quality Assurance team
- Handles reconcile of IV pumps
- Assist in billing facilities for IV pumps
- Sorts medication orders for shipping department
- Prefills and prepack medications
- Files and sorts packing slips
- Maintain PIC appointments and schedule
- Organize and maintain pharmacy supplies
- Evaluates data from various reports and analyze results
- Generate various pharmacy reports, as needed
- Support with scanning and filing documentations
- Support with the day-to-day task for the PIC and VP of Operations
- Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies
- Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy
- Complete any other task assigned by the Pharmacist in Charge
Qualifications
- Licensed FL Pharmacy Technician required
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred
- Previous data analysis experience preferred
- Microsoft Office experience a plus
- Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned
- Good organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to physically perform light lifting
