We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in our cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence, Business Resilience (encompassing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity), and Security Solutions offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of these technologies, and the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives. This role offers potential for growth into a leadership position within the sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in specified verticals, including sales presentations, negotiations, and events.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, primarily focusing on, but not limited to, AI solutions, business resilience, and security solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs, with a strong emphasis on AI integration.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our AI capabilities, and comprehensive business resilience solutions.
- Independently lead sales, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering their professional development.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, business, or related field.7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or consulting.Demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its applications in business, business resilience, and security solutions.Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities to identify unique client challenges and propose innovative solutions.Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.Adaptability and flexibility to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions or client needs.Leadership qualities, including the ability to take initiative, guide projects, and potentially lead a sales team in the future.Strong negotiation skills to close deals and manage contract discussions.Confidence and effectiveness in delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and project managers.Growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn about new technologies and industry trends.Strategic thinking capabilities to align sales strategies with overall business goals.Preferred Qualifications :
