PRIMARY PURPOSE :
The Las Vegas Aces are seeking a driven and versatile individual to serve as the Senior Manager of Business Development. This role blends administrative expertise with business development, marketing, budgets, and event management skills. The ideal candidate will spearhead the growth of Aces Academy, market the Aces Headquarters to generate new business opportunities, and manage signature events such as Aces Alumni Weekend.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Aces Academy’s programs and reach within the Las Vegas community and beyond
- Market the Aces Headquarters as a premier venue for events, camps, clinics, and other business opportunities, driving revenue growth
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and sponsors to support academy programs and events
- Track program metrics and create detailed reports to assess performance and refine strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns for Aces Academy and Aces Headquarters
- Develop marketing and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and engagement
- Cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to drive new opportunities for the the organization and Aces Headquarters
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all promotional efforts
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Aces Alumni Weekend, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees
- Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni, coordinating travel, accommodations, and event logistics
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize event schedules, activities, and promotional opportunities
- Assist with budget management ensuring all aspects of the event are delivered on time and within scope
- Organize and coordinate Aces Academy events, including scheduling, staffing, and logistics
- Maintain detailed records of program participants, schedules, and outcomes using Excel and other organizational tools
- Ensure all program operations run efficiently and meet organizational standards
- Provide excellent customer service to participants, parents, and community partners
- Regularly evaluate programs and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes
