Kamaole Sands is a 440 unit condo resort located in Kihei, Maui. Each unit is owned by an individual. Owners come from all over the United States and the World. A very high percentage of owners come from California and the West Coast of the United States, with a growing percentage being Canadian owners. The resort is managed by an Association with a seven-member Board of Directors. The Association employs approximately 20 full-time employees, and a number of contract employees.

Kamaole Sands is looking for an upbeat, team player with a positive attitude to join our Janitorial Department. This person would be responsible for many aspects of cleaning throughout the property and maintaining the Resort Level Appearance that Kamaole Sands is known for. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and is able to work in varying weather and light conditions and is always willing to pitch in wherever necessary. This job is a perfect fit for a person that is looking to join a great Ohana but enjoy working by themselves. The schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30am - 4p. No experience is necessary. Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities:

• Cleanliness of Buildings, Reception Area, Pool area and Property in General
• Maintenance and Care of Picnic Areas, including Barbeque Grills
• Work with/around cleaning chemicals
• Must be able to lift 30lbs
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
