The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our Lakeville location. This role is perfect for someone with a background in closet or cabinetry production and a proven track record managing teams and keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee production schedules and ensure projects stay on track
• Manage day-to-day staff operations, including production, install, and office teams
• Handle job scheduling and coordinate across departments
• Step in to assist with customer questions or problem-solving as needed
• Support basic HR functions like hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback
• Lead with a continuous improvement mindset to help us grow smarter
