Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead our production team in laser cutting, press brake, and powder coating operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a dedication to fostering a safe, productive, and innovative workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily kickoff meetings to outline strategies for success
- Ensure production rates are met, and maintain adherence to the schedule for seamless workflow progression.
- Oversee production operations in laser cutting, press brake, and powder coating.
- Lead and motivate team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Train and mentor employees while fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor workflow, optimize efficiency, and address technical issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Expertise in laser cutting, press brake, and powder coating processes.
