Job Description
This seasonal position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a guest services team member, you'll be responsible for ensuring guests receive a high level of service, while also helping to maintain the overall cleanliness and safety of the campground.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct thorough safety checks of the campground property, identifying and addressing any potential hazards or issues
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
- Learn and operate our Campground Management system, utilizing it to streamline tasks and improve efficiency
- Communicate effectively with all staff and management using Basecamp System
- Enforce campground policies and implement solutions consistent with park goals
- Perform light custodial work, including cleaning facilities and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Fulfill LP gas tank requests during office hours
- Assist with pool maintenance and upkeep
- Complete various duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively with others and independently
- Licensed driver, able to operate light vehicles safely on and off property
- Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of maintenance and use of common repair tools
- Able to work at high altitude - 7,000ft
