The position of Assistant Plant Manager is a challenging position in a fast paced, pallet recycling facility designed to sort, repair, store, receive and ship pallets from CHEP. The position requires excellent communication skills, computer skills, strong leadership ability, and the ability to motivate and direct a diverse workforce. Ideal candidate needs to be Bilingual Spanish.
The APM is responsible for achieving objectives, budgets, Standard Work Practices, production standards, scheduling of personnel, quality, shipping and receiving, daily inventory management, safety, and sanitation/housekeeping requirements.
