What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Appraiser position at KAMY Real Property Trust?
Experience in appraising property. Does not have to be certified but has experience in appraising property. This can be anywhere from Residential, Commercial, Vacant land, etc. We also provide housing to our long term employees and contractors. We have over 1500 properties that need an appraisal report
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $32,383.00 - $109,155.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:
