As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about people, local community, and creating growth through strategy and creativity.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through outreach, community networking, and digital platforms
- Follow up on inquiries, provide quotes, and convert leads into scheduled jobs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, contractors, property managers, and business owners
- Track sales performance and report on lead conversions and revenue growth
- Collaborate with the owner on promotions, pricing strategies, and service packages
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and launch local campaigns, including email marketing, community events, and referral programs
- Monitor and report on campaign performance to continually improve ROI
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement (bonus if you’ve worked with local service-based businesses)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills — you're proactive and personable
- Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and execute quickly
