Job Description
You will take ownership of accounting and finance operations, ensuring a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management. You will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, develop and implement best practices, and manage accounting personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar financial executive leadership role, well beyond basic A/R, A/P, and general bookkeeping.
- Strong understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
- Exceptional MS Excel skills, including financial modeling, Business Intelligence (BI), and analytics.
- Excellent leadership skills with steadfast resolve.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Strong applied knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience in developing and streamlining processes and applying systems.
