Role Description:
Join our team at Kanazeh Lawn Service as a Landscape Foreman, where your leadership and landscaping skills are key. With a valid driver's license and experience operating lawn equipment, you'll also need to handle trailers and execute landscaping projects with precision. Lead and supervise the crew in tasks like mulching and planting, ensuring safety and quality. Communication skills are crucial as you work with the team and provide support. Required Qualifications:
● Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
● Experience in operating lawn mowing equipment preferred.
● Ability to operate a trailer is desirable.
● Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
● Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
● Previous experience in landscaping and executing landscaping projects.
● Leadership experience preferred, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members.
● Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities at Kanazeh Lawn Service include:
● Lead and supervise the landscape crew in various tasks including mulching, planting, edging, and maintenance.
● Hauling trailers and equipment to job sites safely and efficiently.
● Execute smaller-scale landscaping projects with precision and attention to detail.
● Ensure adherence to company safety protocols and guidelines.
● Communicate effectively with team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
● Assist with training and development of crew members.
● Maintain equipment and ensure proper care and storage.
Hours:
● Work hours may vary based on seasonal changes, typically starting between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM and ending around 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
Benefits Include:
● This position is offered as a 1099 contract role.
● Transition to W2 employment may be considered in the future, based on company policies and regulations.
● Salary range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour.
● Annual bonuses and paid time off are available based on tenure.
● Additional services provided by our company include spring and fall cleanups, as well as snow removal services in the winter.
