What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at Kane Partners LLC?
Global supplier that is heavily involved in the design, the development and the manufacturing of batteries used in transport, industry and defense is looking for a talented Contracts Administrator to join its growing team in the Washington DC/Baltimore area.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Interfacing with customers and government representatives for proposals, contracts and other issues related to customer/government requirements (property system, requests for information, audits, etc.).
· Reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions with prime contract customers autonomously.
· Reviewing, preparing, submitting and maintaining all confidentiality agreements for Saft America Inc. Review, submit and maintain all invention disclosures, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licenses.
Qualifications:
· BS in Business/Contract Administration or 5 years equivalent experience.
· Minimum 5 years' experience in Contract Administration or related similar experience.
· Communication, organization, motivation, interpersonal, initiative, independence, confidence, learning mindset.
· Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR & EAR.
· Candidates must be US citizens or hold a green card.
This is a full-time Contracts Administrator position and is onsite at company HQ’s. The right candidate will have a degree in business or contract administration. Our client is willing to relocate the right candidate. If this is of interest, we would love to hear from you
