Our client, a government contractor in Cockeysville, MD, is currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team. The Contract Administrator will review, draft, copy and maintain contracts and proposals. The incumbent will also interface with clients and negotiate terms.
Responsibilities
- Review, submit and maintain all invention disclosures, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licenses
- Interface with customers and government representatives for proposals, contracts and other service issues
- Generate booking on customer contracts
- Review and negotiate terms with prime contract customers
- Support contracts team as needed
Qualifications
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR and EAR is required
- Three years of experience working for a government contractor
- Bachelor's degree is not required
- Must be a US citizen
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
