Director of Maintenance and Reliability

We are looking for an established Director of Maintenance and Reliability with a deep understanding of process resolution and continuous improvement – to work for a manufacturing company specializing in safe and efficient production operations.

You should have excellent situational leadership abilities and be able to craft departmental vision and operational strategies.

· 10 years of experience managing groups that provide diverse maintenance/engineering support

· The ability to lead and execute through continuous improvement processes, and to then proceed to influence peers to adopt these best practices throughout the organization

· Proven leader with exceptional high-level strategic, operational, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment

· Develop and execute a world class reliability program embedded across the operation

· Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and lifecycle

· Develop and implement long-term plans and short-term goals in furtherance of the organization’s vision, mission, and values

· Contribute to the delivery of strategic and operational objectives by reducing facility costs, improving productivity, revenue generating capacity, and image of the organization

· Develop and drive clear business driven metrics to track asset performance

· Assume ownership of key planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for areas of responsibility
