What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead and execute world-class reliability programs across the organization
✔ Drive predictive and preventative maintenance to maximize uptime and asset lifecycle
✔ Develop and implement long-term strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
✔ Influence peers and teams through continuous improvement and best practices
✔ Own key planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives for maintenance operations

- 10 years of leading maintenance and engineering teams with pulp and paper experience
