· Minimize unplanned downtime by staying ahead of repairs and preventive maintenance
· Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to align maintenance priorities
· Manage vendors, contractor services, and equipment parts procurement
· Support maintenance team training on safety and operational procedures
· Monitor and track KPIs, labor hours, and spend using CMMS tools
· Drive improvements in reliability, safety, and operational efficiency
· Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety/quality standards
What You Bring:
· 5 years in maintenance planning or related experience in a manufacturing setting
· Working knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and PM best practices
· Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance scheduling tools
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you're good under pressure
· Solid understanding of safety practices and regulatory standards (OSHA, etc.)
· Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
· Bachelor’s degree preferred — equivalent experience considered
Why You’ll Love It Here:
· Competitive pay & benefits
· Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement
· A leadership team that values initiative, input, and accountability
· Real opportunity to make an impact in a facility where your work keeps things moving
