Kane Partners is searching for a Mechanical Design Engineer for an industrial manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Design and optimization of mechanical components for mechanical powertrain systems, machined components and fabricated weldments
· Analysis and specification of electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems
· Strong ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
· Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software
· Assemble custom automation-style blast systems as required utilizing written procedures, blueprints, and basic hand/power tools.
· Solid understanding of pneumatics, electrical assemblies, and general machine operations
· Experience working in the automotive or with large industrial equipment
· Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
The right candidate will have solid knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software and work with large industrial equipment. Mechanical Engineer degree and 5 years of experience is required.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
