As the Purchasing Manager, you’ll become the heartbeat of our inventory and procurement operations. What You’ll Be Doing:

· Craft Winning Strategies: Develop and implement bold procurement strategies that push the boundaries of what’s possible, all while aligning with the company’s big-picture goals.

· End-to-End Procurement Mastery: Own the entire procurement lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiating contracts to purchasing high-quality goods and services.

· Root Cause Detective: Dive deep into procurement processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver results that drive efficiency.

· Team Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and flawless delivery of materials and services.

· Vendor Partnerships: Maintain solid relationships with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring we get the best quality at the best price.

· Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

· Compliance Champion: Ensure everything stays above board by adhering to federal acquisition regulations throughout the entire procurement process.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

· A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a procurement professional who knows how to negotiate, strategize, and manage complex supply chains.

· Expertise in supply chain principles and contract negotiation techniques that drive results.

· Familiarity with category management practices and ERP software (your technical side is strong, too!).

· A sharp analytical mind and problem-solving ability to quickly get to the root of any issue.

· The ability to connect and communicate with internal teams and external partners with ease.

· A self-starter attitude—able to work independently and within a team, even in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

· Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations is a plus, but not a dealbreaker!
