- Oversee production and operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, preparing quotes, reviewing invoices, and addressing inquiries.
- Lead and develop teams, providing training, supervision, and shift coordination to maintain high performance.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to OSHA, FDA, ISO, and customer audit requirements.
- Manage inventory and supply chain operations, working with partners to optimize costs and materials.
- Collaborate on forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning to drive company growth.What We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations, production management, or process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, FDA and ISO regulations, and quality control standards.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical equipment in a production environment.
- Ability to manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- A problem-solver with excellent team leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing is a plus.
- Must have experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software.
