Kanes Furniture LLC is seeking an exceptional, talented Sales Manager to join our team! Our Sales Managers are the leaders who develop and guide our sales teams to their individual and store goals. Essential Job Role
- Assist the general manager in achieving store sales goals as defined by the company
- Responsible for working with customers to resolve any opportunities as they may occur
- Works and coaches the sales team to exceptional performance through assessment & coaching
- Complete performance feedback and development plans for each new sale’s hire
- Works with sales team to qualify customer sales order information, delivery expectation and product to be delivered
- Develop training structured programs for those on the sales team
- Walks the sales floor to ensure sales procedures are followed
- Review marketing/promotional programs with the sales team; ensure compliance
- Acts as T/O Leader where assistance is needed
- Work with the General Manager on the sales reports to identify trending and sales analysis
