The company is a leading OEM specializing in Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Due to expansion, an additional Channel Sales Manager is needed to grow the West Coast market.
About the Role:
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will drive growth in the West Coast region. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets and expanding market share among end users, channel partners, and consultant engineers. This role will also focus on revamping the existing channel structure to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and end users.
- Drive new business growth within a defined territory.
- Expand outreach to consultant engineers in the Water and Wastewater sectors.
- Restructure and optimize channel partnerships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Execute a sales strategy to increase market penetration and conversion from competitors.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3 years of Channel Sales experience in Water/Wastewater.
- Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of driving new business.
- Experience working with municipalities and public sector clients is preferred.
- Ability to restructure and develop new sales channels for increased growth.
