Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Painter/Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of painting tasks, including preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing coats.
- Use industrial painting techniques to complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Operate airless paint sprayers to achieve smooth, even finishes.
- Install and repair caulking and other sealants.
- Work with a team to complete commercial painting projects.
- Use a variety of power tools and equipment, including drills, grinders, and sanders.
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets safety regulations.
Skills:
- Experience in painting.
- Knowledge of industrial painting techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in using airless paint sprayers and other painting equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
- Familiarity with commercial painting projects and regulations.
- Experience with caulking and other sealants.
