To shape and execute the strategic direction of our technology-driven business in automotive multimedia and telematics, ensuring high-quality embedded software systems through effective quality assurance leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities and Duties :
- Lead and execute business strategy planning from a technology perspective for automotive multimedia and telematics.
- Validate embedded software systems, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Leverage proficient understanding of semiconductor devices for application in embedded software systems in automotive multimedia and telematics.
- Drive projects to completion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Perform technology and business trend analysis, competitor analysis, and foster joint development work.
- Communicate effectively with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Act as a lead for quality assurance at client sites, coordinating with engineers from various companies for embedded software validation in automotive multimedia and telematics.
- Oversee members from our company working at different client sites for administrative purposes such as managing work times and acting as a point of contact, fostering communication among team members across different sites and ensuring concerns and feedback are addressed.
Minimum Requirements :
Requires Master’s Degree in Semiconductors, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent & 12 months experience in Software Validation Engineer Management. Worksites in Overland Park, KS and Plano, TX.
