Responsibilities :
- Work with the Radio Design and Systems Engineering team in the technical definition, development, delivery, and successful evolution of large and complex electrical engineering projects, ensuring products meet specifications and codes.
- Conduct lab and field-testing activities to collect 4G / 5G cellular network data and provide pre / post processing analysis.
- Perform network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive test data and network statistics.
- Conduct layer-3 analysis and UE traces for end-to-end call flow to understand the behavior of the network during troubleshooting for optimization.
- Complete traffic analysis and behavior of SON features such as ANR, Auto PCI, Overshooting, and PCI collision.
- Analyze SAS logs for activities in the Charter CBRS network.
- Perform site build verifications and report acceptance from the vendor.
- Other duties as assigned.
Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to headquarters in Overland Park, KS.
Education :
Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
