The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, particularly in a quick service restaurant, banquet, kitchen, also supporting Assist the director in all pending tasks, both in manual work and in the office.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure efficient service and quality standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and equipment; assist in ordering as necessary.
- Utilize the system for tracking orders, managing sales, and processing payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or banquets as required.
