Job Overview
The Assistant food & Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services. This position is responsible for overseeing, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, particularly in a quick service restaurant, banquet, kitchen, also supporting Assist the director in all pending tasks, both in manual work and in the office.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure efficient service and quality standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and equipment; assist in ordering as necessary.
- Utilize the system for tracking orders, managing sales, and processing payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or banquets as required.
