What You’ll Do
As our Procurement Contract Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
- End-to-End Procurement Management: Coordinate and manage procurement for inventory and non-stock requests, from sourcing vendors to processing payments.
- Contracts & Agreements: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts to align with organizational goals, risk factors, and legal requirements while ensuring compliance.
- Supplier Collaboration: Serve as the go-to point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and streamlining processes.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance purchasing strategies.
- Documentation Excellence: Maintain precise procurement records in company systems (On-Base, Fusion, Docu-Sign, DemandStar, etc.).
What You Bring
We’re looking for an individual with:
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a business-related field. A Master’s degree (M.A. or MBA) and supply chain certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM, CPSC) are a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in purchasing and supply chain functions, preferably within utilities, EPC, or government agencies.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Oracle Fusion preferred).
- Comprehensive knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract law, and procurement protocols.
- Strong negotiation skills, communication abilities, and proficiency with Procure-to-Pay software.
