We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our growing practice. In this role, you will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective employee relations. Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data entry is accurate in HR systems and payroll systems.
- Support payroll processing and address any discrepancies related to employee compensation.
- Manage workers' compensation claims and assist employees with related inquiries.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an HR support role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Office software and Payroll functions.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate employee records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
