The Supply Chain Manager reports directly to the C-Suite team and is accountable for ensuring that KCOI has adequate supplies and equipment required to meet the needs of our hospital. The Supply chain functions include inventory management, vendor relationship management, and managing supply and implant expense. In this role, you will negotiate the best possible pricing on all items purchased and service contracts on clinical equipment. This role works collaboratively with key clinical staff, buyers, distribution, end users, and vendors to coordinate contract implementation and product conversions. The Supply Chain Manager oversees the reconciliation of consigned products and timely receipt of accurate “bill only” invoices supplied by vendors, in addition to maintaining appropriate levels of inventory of supplies and implants.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or healthcare related focus; ten years of relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both can be substituted for degree.
- 2-5 years of supply chain supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
- CPSI is helpful
