Kansas Periodontics & Dental Implants is looking for a full-time in-office Scheduling Coordinatior for our busy practice. Knowledge of Word and Excel is required as well as good spelling, grammar, letter composition, and organizational skills. The scheduling coordinator ensures a steady stream of client traffic through efficient scheduling. Job Duties to include:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
The scheduling coordinator’s primary objectives are:
· A full and efficiently organized client schedule
· The smooth, efficient flow of client traffic through the practice

SKILL SET REQUIRED
The scheduling coordinator must be reliable, professional and have
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· The ability to multi-task
· Intermediate proficiency with typing, general computer operation, practice management software, office suite software and office equipment
· The ability to prioritize and work in an organized fashion
· The ability to study and learn quickly
· Patience and composure: does not become defensive or irritated during difficult times and is a settling influence in a crisis
· The ability to be resourceful and proactive in solving issues that may arise Medical and/or dental experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Starting pay is depending on experience with the potential for increased compensation after training.
