Job Description
Responsible for managing all technical, hospitality, and ticketing requirements for incoming artists and / or events.
- Coordinate between tour / private production. Advancing and obtaining technical information including production needs, rider requirements, staging and capacity changes.
- Responsible for dealing with the light and sound crew to ensure the concert effects will be of best quality.
- Day of show management of events / concerts from load in to load out while adhering to time schedules and budget.
- Ensures all events are coordinated and executed in a safe and professional manner.
- Manage staff and lead staff to ensure a positive work environment.
- Train and evaluate team while engaged in setup, transition of events and daily operational tasks.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, artist management, and clients
