Position Overview:
This role is responsible for recruiting and coaching golf student-athletes at Kansas
Wesleyan University.
Work Schedule/Conditions: Full-time, with flexible hours for practices, games, and
recruiting. Significant travel required for games and recruitment. Outdoor work in various
weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching & Teaching: Lead practices and games, provide individual and team
- Recruiting: Recruit and retain student-athletes for the program, maintain a full
- Administration: Oversee student-athlete eligibility, maintain equipment and

- Ensure a minimum roster size and achieve athletic success by maintaining a

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred).
- Certifications: First Aid/CPR, Champions of Character, Blood Borne Pathogen
- Experience: A minimum of at least one year of coaching experience and recruiting.
