Marketing Mix Consultant
Why this job is important
This critical role will support the delivery of Brand and Marketing Return On Investment analytic solutions, with a heavy focus on LIFT ROI (Kantar?s Marketing Mix Modelling Solution). We require an individual who is analytical, detail oriented, and has experience in client management and presentation creation. This person should have the ability to ensure clients are receiving best in class results while also embracing the unique demands of the NA market, using the vast resources we have across Kantar.
What you?ll be doing
- Responsible for establishing strong client relationships through excellent project management and client servicing
- Be a strong partner and subject matter authority in the domain of analytics within the organization as well as to your client
- Lead end to end project management from design to data collection to modelling to delivery.
- Interpret and validate models results and create reports and presentations for senior client collaborators
- Present the finding and recommendations to senior client collaborators
- Run custom models to solve specific client business questions.
- Collaborate with offshore to ensure project is delivered to specs
- Collaborate with other location authorities to tap into expertise to solve client?s business problems
The skills & experience needed
- Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Analytics, statistics, economics, mathematics or business/marketing management
- Working knowledge of statistics and its application to analytics solutions
- Experienced professionals should have at least 4-6 years of Analytics experience
- 3-4 years of Client servicing experiencewith at least 1 year inexecution and management of marketing mix projects
- 3 years of MMM experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaborator management skills
- Strong PPT, Excel skills and the ability to craft stories for clients
- Enjoy working with large data sets and doing hands-on analysis.
- Highly logical and resourceful in approach to problem solving
- Known for organized approach and eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive in taking initiative and going beyond the call of duty, helpful and service-oriented, and have exceptional problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this role in Georgia is $84,000 - $140,000/year. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
