Summary
Ensures that guests have a positive Tee Time booking experience by delivering excellent guest service and enforcing Kapalua Golf’s policies in a consistent and hospitable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls requesting information or tee times at the two Kapalua Golf courses.
- Respond to emails requesting information or tee times at the two Kapalua Golf courses.
- Accurately document all pertinent financial information to reserve and charge for tee times.
Qualifications:
- Have an Attitude of Aloha and enjoy helping our golfers secure their tee times.
- Be extremely committed to being a team player through perfect attendance.
- Have some retail sales skills.
- Enjoy indoor work.
- Must be willing to learn and excel at an on-line tee time reservation system.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including Holidays.
Physical Demands:
- Occasionally stands and walks.
- Regularly for extended periods of time uses hands, talks and listens.
- Occasionally stoops, kneels, crouches or lifts 15 pounds.
