Karma Tour Hawaii is looking for highly motivated energetic individual person. Must have Excellent written/verbal communication talents, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Work Hours: Saturday 12:00pm till 5:00pm,Sunday 6:00am till 5:00pm
Must be efficient in Google sheet and Google docs , Ideal candidate will be working in Tour operator industries. Performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently, able to prioritize and skilled to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, must be Professional demeanor and fast learner.
This position emphasis mostly in reservation work, and little admin work checking emails, Inbound sales calls, dispatch and scheduling, all functions as well as assisting the Operations of the company. Duties Include, but are not limited to:
1. Consolidate incoming and outgoing emails, reply / send / forward to appropriate department.
2. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with Company policies, reconciliation of all receipts and manifest and file to appriopate folder.
3. Assists with other projects as needed and complete all other duties as assigned by managers and members.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
