The Role
As our Corporate Recruiter, you will lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, hire, and retain top professionals for a variety of roles across our organization. From corporate staff to field teams, your role will be pivotal in ensuring we have the right people in place to achieve our goals.
What You'll Do
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across all departments.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Collaborative Hiring: Partner with department leaders to understand their needs, anticipate future staffing requirements, and deliver the best candidates.
- Employer Branding: Champion our company culture by showcasing our values and opportunities to potential hires.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage data to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: 3 years of corporate recruitment experience, preferably in construction, or a similar industry.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire candidates.
- Detail-Oriented: Adept at managing multiple open positions and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with ATS platforms and other recruitment tools to streamline processes.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Results-Driven: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding hiring goals.
