The Renewal Sales team plays a pivotal role in driving customer retention and maximizing revenue through the renewal of existing contracts. The team works to ensure that customers are fully supported, understand the value of continued engagement, and maintain a positive relationship with the company. The department is committed to increasing visibility on third-party volume, reviewing declined renewals, and improving submission accuracy across various platforms. The team actively contributes to maintaining the company’s long-term client base while enhancing business growth and customer satisfaction. The Renewal Sales department focuses on identifying opportunities to renew existing agreements, track third-party volume, manage decline reviews, and optimize shopping submissions. By streamlining these processes, the department enhances overall sales efficiency, customer retention, and revenue generation. This work is vital for ensuring the organization’s long-term profitability and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This internship will provide hands-on experience in supporting the Renewal Sales team’s efforts to maximize visibility, track third-party volume, handle decline reviews, and manage shopping submissions. The intern will assist in ensuring that all necessary data is accurately recorded and analyzed, helping improve internal sales processes and data integrity.

What You’ll Do
- Gathering and organizing data related to third-party sales volume.
- Analyzing trends and reporting findings to improve visibility.
- Assisting in preparing reports for management on marketplace performance.
- Analyzing data related to declined renewals.
- Reviewing customer feedback to identify patterns and insights.
- Collaborating with the team to develop strategies for improving the renewal process.
- Shopping Submissions
- Assisting in the submission process for renewals and tracking submission status.
- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all entries.
- Supporting the team in resolving any issues with submission data.
- Collecting and organizing data related to third-party volume, decline reviews, and shopping submissions.
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across Salesforce and other systems used by the team.
- Assisting with input and updates in Salesforce, helping maintain a smooth workflow for the Renewal Sales team.
- Generating weekly reports on marketplace visibility, decline reviews, and shopping submissions, offering insights for decision-making.
- Experience or willingness to learn how to navigate Salesforce and enter/update data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting, analysis, and presentation.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights that support sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to clearly present data, insights, and suggestions to the team and management.
