Description

We are seeking a Sales Ops Quality Assurance Associate to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating Salesforce and NICE flows to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. Your keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will play a key role in identifying issues, ensuring business requirements are met, and supporting continuous operational excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Review, test, and validate Salesforce workflows, automation, and approval processes to ensure alignment with business logic.
  • Identify, log, and report issues or inconsistencies in Salesforce flows
  • Test and validate NICE CXone Dailers
  • Simulate scenarios to verify call distribution, escalation paths, and reporting flows are functioning as intended.
  • Identify gaps or bugs in call flows and coordinate with Dialer Admins for resolution.
  • Document test cases, scripts, and defect logs with precision to ensure reproducibility and traceability.
  • Participate in meetings to provide updates on testing progress and discuss challenges or potential improvements.
  • Provide feedback on process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to Salesforce and NICE CXone workflows.
  • Ensure workflows adhere to company policies and compliance standards during testing.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in QA testing, preferably within Salesforce and/or NICE CXone environments.
  • Understanding of QA methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to create and execute detailed test plans, perform UAT, and conduct functional/regression testing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to convey technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce flows (automation, approvals) and NICE CXone call routing or contact center solutions.
  • Salesforce Administrator or NICE CXone certifications are a plus.

  • Competitive Base Salary Range of $62,800-$100,800 . Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law. The applicant’s final salary will depend on a number of factors including the applicant’s geographic location, skills, and experience.
