As a sales representative, you’ll be responsible for helping expand Kapture Pest Control across our North NJ market by building a strong new customer base.
As our first point of contact, you’ll provide comprehensive and accurate information about our services while highlighting all the ways we exceed our customers’ expectations.
At the same time, you’ll also be a great listener who can identify a customer’s pest control challenges and explain how our treatments can solve them.

Sales Representative Compensation Plan Includes:
- On target earnings of $110k per year as a W2 employee
- Uncapped commissions that are paid monthly
- Health insurance reimbursement
- Company tablet and phone incl. data on the go
- Sole territory (Union and Hudson counties available)
- Paid time off that accrues immediately
- Company vehicle incl. company gas card and EZ Pass
- Bonuses incl. quarterly bonus that rewards consistency
Salary : $110,000
