Who is Kaptyn?
Since 2016 we've been on a mission to make transportation more efficient, enjoyable and accessible. We started by creating an innovative software suite to help transportation companies manage their operations. It was a good start, but we knew that we could have a bigger impact. So, in 2019 we decided to purchase two of the best fleet operations in America and combine them into a force for change. *What are We Looking For?*
Kaptyn is seeking enthusiastic Professional Drivers for our fleet of Teslas and other electric vehicles. We believe transporting guests to their destination efficiently and safely is only half the job. The real key to our success will be the high touch experience provided along the journey. As such, we are looking for professional drivers who enjoy engaging and providing exceptional guest service. Think you are up for the challenge? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
What we need you to do:

• Operate vehicle fleet of luxury electric models.
• Use technology that maximizes trip opportunities to pick up guests.
• Proactively assist guests with luggage.
• Ensure guests reach their destinations safely, on time and seamlessly.
• Follow safety regulations and state laws regarding vehicle operations and ensure guests also follow applicable safety regulations.
• Regularly communicate with the Driver Success teams.
• Submit written Incident Reports.
• Demonstrate safe driving practices and reliability.
• Charge vehicle at the end of shift to at least 70%.
• Take vehicle to dealer for repairs as needed.
• Clean vehicle at the beginning and end of your shift.
• Perform other related duties as required.

*What you need to have: *

• Valid Florida state driver’s license
• A Motor Vehicle Report which demonstrating a clean driving record
• Able to pass a drug test and physical
• Very familiar with technology – not afraid to learn new technology

• Customer service experience highly preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Be at least 25 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting and standing for long periods of time.
• Able to load luggage
• Able to charge and clean vehicle

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
