What You’ll Do
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Own and execute high-impact projects across functions (R&D, finance, operations, and commercial strategy).
- Project Management: Build and maintain clear project plans, ensuring deliverables are met on time and stakeholders are aligned.
- Financial Analysis & Modeling: Develop and refine financial models to support strategic decision-making, forecasting, and operational planning.
- Problem Solving: Identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement changes across the business.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Serve as a connector between teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and accountability.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize processes, workflows, and reporting to improve overall company effectiveness.

- 7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, venture-backed startups, or a fast-paced biotech environment.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills—this is non-negotiable.
- Experience in biotech, healthcare, or life sciences is a plus, but not required.
- Proven track record of getting things done—whether that’s launching new initiatives, improving processes, or executing major strategic projects.
