We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Controls Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on products and processes to identify defects or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze product designs and specifications for manufacturability.
- Utilize debugging techniques to troubleshoot issues related to product quality.
- Oversee project scheduling to ensure timely completion of quality assessments and reporting.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control practices and standards.
- Maintain documentation of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions taken.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials meet quality specifications.
Requirements
- Proficient in PLC Programming
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of electrical components.
- Familiarity with System on Chip (SoC) design principles and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) fabrication processes.
- Experience in debugging hardware and software issues related to product quality.
- Knowledge of Perl scripting for automation of testing processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Simulink for modeling and simulation tasks is desirable.
- Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
