Karel-Gordon & Associates is looking for a new team member to join us as an experienced Retirement Plan Administrator for DC and DB/Cash Balance Plans.

Ideal Candidate has:
· At least 3 years of DC and DB retirement plan administration experience in a TPA environment
· Working knowledge and experience with Datair software
· A proven track record of accurately and efficiently performing valuation and trust accounting/asset reconciliation work for retirement plans
· Strong working knowledge of IRS & DOL regulations, requirements, and filings
· Ability to analyze plan documents and proactively recommend changes to accommodate client objectives
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
· Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
· Excellent client communication skills
· Ability to handle duties with confidentiality and extreme professionalism
· Interest in or experience with traditional defined benefit, cash balance, and combo plans a plus!
Duties will include:
· Prepare DC plan and DB/CB plan valuations, including contribution calculations, compliance testing, and trust accounting
· Manage client relationships
· Run plan design proposals and estimates
Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
