Position Summary:
As the Manager at Karie Anne's, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for leading a team, driving performance, and maintaining a positive and productive environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to be involved in all aspects of the business, from customer interactions to back-end operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15-20 employees. Conduct regular performance reviews and offer feedback and support for ongoing professional development.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards, addressing customer concerns, and building relationships.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Financial Accountability: track expenses, and ensure profitability. Monitor and optimize operational costs, including staffing and inventory.
- Scheduling & Staffing: Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, manage time-off requests, and handle staffing needs based on business flow.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the team to execute promotional activities, including seasonal specials, events, or new product launches to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
- Problem-Solving & Decision Making: Handle day-to-day challenges, from resolving customer complaints to managing staff conflicts, while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant-style environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, staff, and upper management in a timely and considerate manner.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and handle operational challenges efficiently.
