Internal Description

The Janitor role is a critical role in the organization when someone can take ownership to ensure that the business location is clean, organized and supplies are readily available for employees. This role can be a full time or part time role. Scheduling can be very flexible.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning office areas, bathrooms and helping organize and dispose of materials in production.
• Have previous experience and share best practices, provide proposals and be a problem solver.
• Have a high level of quality
• Share ideas and suggestions to improve processes and procedures.
• Be able to work at a fast pace while maintaining a high level of quality

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented
• Highly detailed
• Be able to follow and create standards and best practices
• Be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts Need to have excellent attendance
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Lifting, bending, reaching type work on a regular basis
• Able to lift up to 35lbs without assistance

Work Schedules and Arrangements

• Onsite position
• Hourly
• Page range is between $14 and $18 per hour, DOE.
• Hours
  • 7am-4pm Monday through Friday
  • 830am-530 Monday through Friday
  • 9am-530pm Monday through Friday
  • 10am-6pm Monday through Friday
  • 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
