What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Karins Engineering Inc?
Responsible for providing high level administrative support for front office operations that includes:
- office coordination
- answering phones
- client relations
- providing marketing support
- accounts payable coordination
- new projects and proposal entry in our system
- coordinating meetings, events, and other arrangements
- Intranet and social media management
- Employee assistance
- maintaining company licenses
- filing
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Must be detail oriented and extremely organized
- Must have outstanding interpersonal skills
- Must have strong social media experience and interest in communications
- Prefer an Associate's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Must have at least 5-7 years of applicable experience
- Must be experienced in MS Office suite; above average in Word; experienced in Excel and PowerPoint
